Twenty-First Century humans face a troubling reality. We are the enemies of our own well being. Most of us have imbalances within our bodies' systems that prevent them from healing more efficiently and completely. The appropriate response to this is simple. First we need to recognize what the imbalances are and then work to mitigate each aspect of imbalance individually. The basic causes of internal imbalance are: 1. The environment around us.
